So here we are, Pascal and Katrin Kuta, on our journey of bringing vegan comfort food to Gothenburg, Sweden.
We established a family firm based on the idea of creating business in the city and region, supporting the local economy, and working on improving the reputation of the city of Gothenburg as a place worth visiting and living in.
Our first project is the food truck Papi’s Pierogi which is a representation of our nostalgia for our slavic childhood. We grew up shaping pierogi as part of family traditions. It’s our typical christmas dinner and the taste brings us right back to that time.
We wanted to bring this to Gothenburg, our beloved chosen home. However, we have done so with a vegan and modern twist.
We hope you will like it!
This Summer, we are organising a total of five (!) fully vegan markets, right in the city centre of Gothenburg. Yep, you’ve read that correctly.
